How to use the knife sharpening stone:

Step 1. Soak the whetstone in water for 5 minutes to absorb the water before use.

Step 2. Place the sharpening stone on the platform and the knife needs to be at a 10~30 degree angle.
Step 3. First, sharpen the blade by rough grinding at 1000 grit for 5-10 strokes each side
Step 4. Then use a 6000  gritstone to strengthen the blade, grinding for 5-10 strokes
Step 5. Use a soft brush to clean the stone, then put it in a ventilated place to dry.
